1. Introduction

Welcome to Riverwest Apparel.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Services

Riverwest Apparel specialises in:

  • Custom sports uniforms
  • School uniforms
  • Teamwear
  • Corporate apparel
  • Clearance products

As many products are custom manufactured, colours, artwork and finished garments may vary slightly from digital images displayed on our website.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance by Riverwest Apparel.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud or incorrect order information.

4. Custom Orders

Custom products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including:

  • Logos
  • Team names
  • Player names
  • Numbers
  • Sizes
  • Colours
  • Artwork

is accurate before approving production.

Production will commence only after artwork approval has been received.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, colours, names, numbers, sizes and other order details before providing final approval. Riverwest Apparel is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer prior to production.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping charges, priority production fees and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

6. Payment

Payment must be received before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

7. Production & Delivery

Standard production time for custom products is generally 4–5 weeks.

Priority production (2 or 3 weeks) may be available for selected products and is subject to production capacity and additional fees.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return unless they contain a manufacturing defect or are supplied incorrectly.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks or artwork supplied to Riverwest Apparel.

Riverwest Apparel accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement arising from artwork supplied by customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riverwest Apparel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Riverwest Apparel reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
