1.      How to Order?

 Steps:

a.      Download the order form or just email requesting an order form.

b.      Fill in the form and email (info@riverwest.com.au) or fax (02 8915 1318) to us.

c.      Pay via paypal directly to our paypal id info@riverwest.com.au (please add 3% paypal fee) or ask for bank details for your EFT payment.

d.      Relaxing and uniforms will arrive in on time.

2.      How can I make payment?

Option 1: EFT or bank deposit: please ask then we will send bank details for your EFT payment.

Option 2: Paypal (please plus 3% processing fee on top of the order amount), our paypal account is: info@riverwest.com.au

 

3.      What is the delivery time?

Stock Items: 5 or 10 business days after payment received.

Custom Make: 3-6 weeks after payment received & mockup approval.

 

4. Can you draw a mockup for approval?

Yes, we do this for sublimated designs before we start the production.

 

5. What if we would like to use our own design?

Answer: Not a problem, we can produce your design and it is just same price! Please email the design & order to info@riverwest.com.au.

  

6. What if the uniforms are in urgently needed?

Answer:

We have delivery time options for your choose from with different prices. The quickest time is 5 working days for stock uniforms and 3 - 4 weeks for custom make uniforms.

 

7.      What is the sublimation?

Answer: Sublimation is a new professional technology to produce basketball uniforms. Any colours /artwork and any garment designs can be printed and they will never fade. You will not be able to feel the artwork or numbering above the fabric like tackle twill or heat press do as they are printed into the fabric.

 

8.   What is the tackle twill applique?

Answer: Tackle twill applique is used to produce deluxe numbering option and the numbers/names are embroidered on the uniforms, which takes longer time & higher costing.

 

9.   What is the heat press transfer?

Answer: Heat press transfer is a traditional numbering method which heat press the cut number/names on the uniforms.
